Route that we do is
Ljubljana – Kranjska gora – lake Jasna – Zelenci Nature Reserve – lake Predil – Predil pass (1200m) – Soča valley with all the stops – Kobarid – Kozjak waterfall – Most na Soči – Idrija – Ljubljana.
